Luce in Veneto is a cluster of over 49 SMEs that operate in the smart lighting sector located mainly in the Veneto Region, in the north-east of Italy. Luce in Veneto is the subject officially recognized by the Veneto Region as representative of the «Regional Innovative Network Venetian Smart Lighting» in the «Sustainable Living» area within the framework of smart specialisation strategies (RIS-3).


CICAT is the Lighting Spanish Cluster and its aim is to improve competitiveness in the lighting sector both now and in the future in order to deal successfully with the fundamental changes affecting its business environment. Currently, it works actively with around 60 companies.


CL was originally created to foster business development and creation in the lighting value chain through creating innovation groups bringing together research laboratories, industry, experts and clients, using and Open Innovation approach. Rapidly it was found that this requires to develop a broader vision of the lighting value chain, in launching actions involving strategic initiatives in photonics, IT technology, smart controls, user interface, design, and behaviour science.


Groen Licht Vlaanderen is a non-profit association with the aim to generate substantial growth in smart & connected lighting systems. This will further improve energy-efficiency of lighting solutions and add societal benefits. Groen Licht Vlaanderen promotes and facilitates collaboration on innovative smart & connected lighting systems amongst its members, which include lighting manufactures, IoT and ICT companies, technology and component suppliers and knowledge centres.


The Polish Lighting Industry Association (Polski Związek Przemysłu Oświetleniowego) represents Polish lighting companies and actively supports their activities on the domestic and foreign markets. It has been active since 2004 as a non-profit organization. It brings together producers and distributors of lighting equipment as well as companies operating for the Polish lighting market. It promotes the best lighting products and companies. The union participates in legislative work and the creation of legal provisions in Poland and in the European Union. PZPO is a member of the Lighting Europe.
