It brings together producers and distributors of lighting equipment as well as companies operating for the Polish lighting market. It promotes the best lighting products and companies. The union participates in legislative work and the creation of legal provisions in Poland and in the European Union. PZPO is a member of the Lighting Europe.
The Polish Lighting Industry Association is a platform for the exchange of information about lighting, an active propagator of knowledge on topics related to the broadly understood lighting industry. We undertake numerous activities and interventions to defend producers and distributors, and we support activities within the environment.
PZPO is the organizer of the National Competition for the Best Illuminated Municipality and City of the Year, the Competition for the Best Lighting Investment of the Year, and the initiator and co-organizer of the Competition for the Lighting Personality of the Year. PZPO is also a co-organizer of national contests for students and young designers organized every year as part of the LIGHT Fair.
