14 Jun ICBUILD INTERNATIONAL MISSION IN CANADA!

During the three-day mission, from 28^th to 30^th May, ELCA accompanied three Italian companies – SIRU LIGHTING, FERROLUCE and ZAVA SRL – in a series of meeting with local stakeholders from public Administrations to distributors, construction companies, architectural firms and specialized sales points, interested in the European lighting products.

The international mission began on May 28^th with exchanges with the Economic Development officers of the Municipality of Vaughan, followed by a visit to the lighting sales point Casa Di Luce and a meeting with the long-experienced importer Zaneen Group Lighting.

On May 29^th , we went to the Miller Thomson LLP  legal studio for B2B speed dating with a group of lawyers and building constructor, which was very interesting. In the afternoon, we had meetings with the important architecture studio Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Architects, discussing the prescription of lighting products and possible technical issues for their placement in the projects, This was followed by a visit to Dircam Electric limited, a large electrical installation company in the GTA.

On the last day of ICBUILD mission, we had the opportunity to visit to the distributor Living lighting, which has nearly 20 stores in Toronto, and met with Kaneff Group to discuss the procedures for prescribing lighting fixtures in the small & medium building companies. The day concluded with participation in the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario Business Excellence Award 2024 at the Liberty  Grand Entertainment complex.

The electrifying mission of ELCA in Canada ended with the signing of an important  Cooperation agreement with the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario!
